The admission policy: CliniLaunch Research Institute governs the enrollment terms and conditions whether the candidate is pursuing online or offline courses offered. By enrolling in the courses, the applicant agrees to abide by the policy, rules, and regulations of CliniLaunch Research Institute. 

1. The applicant is solely responsible for making an informed decision based on the course enrollment. CliniLaunch Research Institute does not reserve the right to influence or coerce the applicant in any way. The applicant must seek clarity and guidance from CliniLaunch Research Institute before enrolling for the course. 
2. The fee paid by the applicant for the course enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances. No request for transfer or refund will be entertained and initiated by CliniLaunch Research Institute. 
3. The applicant is required to pay the fee based on the prescribed schedule. If the applicant fails to pay the fee on time, the enrollment cancellation without compensation and refund, they can check the admission policy. 
4. The applicant must pay the fee by demand draft or cheque drawn in favor of CLINI LAUNCH RESEARCH INSTITUTE.   
5. CliniLaunch Research Institute reserves the right to modify and amend the rules and regulations time-to-time at its absolute or sole discretion. The applicant will be bound by the latest amendments or modifications of rules and regulations whenever applicable. 
6. The applicants are expected to maintain decorum and discipline during the course. CliniLaunch Research Institute reserves the right to cancel the enrollment cancellation without compensation and refund in case of breach of contract by the applicant. 
7. The applicant must submit their original educational certificates and documents before the commencement of the course. 
8. The applicant must appear in all the assessments during the course or afterwards. The applicant’s performance and progress evaluation shall be based on the projected assessment per the admission policy of CliniLaunch Research Institute. 
9. The applicant must appear for the interviews on the specified dates initiated by the placement cell at any location. The applicant must join the organization and location for which they have been selected on the specified date and time based on the information provided. 
10. The applicant is required to attend all the course sessions as scheduled accordingly, whether it is an online or offline course offered by CLRI. Attendance is mandatory for the course. The applicant can take up to two leaves for sessions within a month. For leaves, the applicant needs to inform and obtain permission from the CliniLaunch Research Institute coordinator. The absenteeism of more than three days in a raw will be considered serious misconduct and may lead to enrollment cancellation without compensation and refund. 
11. The course is entirely based on an independent knowledge enhancement program offered by Clini Launch Research Institute, which provides insights into various study areas related to clinical research. The clinical research course does not provide specific eligibility criteria for qualification to pursue higher degrees or employment in any field. 
12. CliniLaunch Research Institute reserves the right to take necessary steps against the applicant if involved in immoral or unethical conduct. 
13. CliniLaunch Research Institute expects ethical practices from the applicant. The enrollment cancellation should be conducted without compensation or refund if the applicant is found guilty of data infringement, circulating printed material of CliniLaunch Research Institute, or non-printed material outside of training patterns and modules with a third party. 
14. In any case of disputes arising concerning the policy or the course, it will be resolved through arbitration Under the 1996 Arbitration and Conciliation Act by a sole arbitrator appointed by Clini Launch Research Institute. The arbitration jurisdiction will be limited to the courts of the District.
15. CliniLaunch Research Institute understands that sometimes circumstances may change, and the candidate may be unable to complete the course. In that case, the candidate can contact CLRI at support@clinilaunchresearch.in and request to reschedule the course access later.
