Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator located in Gandhinagar. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical studies, including but not limited to informed consent, protocol adherence, and data collection. 
  • Collecting, organizing, and sorting clinical data.
  • Prepare documentation for study protocols.
  • Organize focus groups and design experiments.
  • Collect initial research data through surveys and focus groups.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring that the study is conducted in accordance with GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research, with a strong understanding of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
  • Ability to coordinate clinical trials and knowledge of clinical trial processes.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing informed consent forms and protocols.
  • Bachelor's degree in the life sciences or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in oncology trials and knowledge of electronic data capture systems is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacovigilance professional located in Mumbai. The role involves:

  • Working with clinical teams to ensure safety compliance of drugs through monitoring and collation of adverse events and other safety data. 
  • Responsible for Medical review of Company and Literature and Regulatory cases.
  • Should assist in the review of safety documentation, provide safety input for clinical trials, and perform signal detection activities. 
  • Will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Regulatory Requirements and Regulatory Affairs knowledge.
  • Pharmacy and Medicine knowledge.
  • Experience in Clinical Trials.
  • Ability to understand SOPs and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Drug Safety Associate. The Drug Safety Associate will be responsible for tasks such as

  • Reviewing safety data, writing narratives, performing quality control checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Assisting in reviewing document quality while tracking regulatory publishing data in internal systems and uploading it to internal and/or external electronic trial master files.
  • Ensuring redactions for Commercially Confident Information and Personal Data for regulatory publishing are maintained.
  • Assisting in maintaining the upkeep of licenses within internal and/or external systems for users across projects within Security standards.
  • Assisting with archiving regulatory publishing documents and submissions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Narrative writing and Medical Coding.
  • Ability to perform Quality Control checks and ensure Regulatory Affairs compliance.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy and experience in drug safety.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Experience with safety databases and knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly.
  • Code records by following prescribed coding standards such as ICD-10 and CPT.
  • Ensure patient information is correct and appropriate signatures are on all medical records.
  • Assign appropriate medical codes to all diagnosis and services
  • Follow client specific guidelines wherever applicable, work as per client updates, and code the charts accordingly.
  • Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain status reports.

Graduation and post graduation in any life sciences, medical, pharmacy, or nursing, including: 

  • Bsc/msc biotechnology bsc/msc microbiology
