Job Overview

CliniLaunch looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media
accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text, image, and video
content, managing posts, responding to followers, and analyzing engagement. As
the social media manager, you will enhance our brand awareness, drive
engagement, and ensure consistent voice and messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with target
    audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and
    others.
  • Manage and schedule posts to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner,
    and build relationships with key community members.
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media metrics to analyze performance and
    optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and
    messaging.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital
    marketing.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote content,
    products, or services.
  • Track competitors’ activities and analyze what works to stay ahead in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
    Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred
    but not required).
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a good sense of humour
